How to: Empty the Recycle Bin.
Solution:
Open the Recycle Bin. Select 'Empty Recycle Bin' from the 'File' menu to delete all files, or select certain files and select 'Delete' from the 'File' menu.
1) Double-click the 'Recycle Bin' icon on the Windows desktop. (The 'Recycle Bin' window appears.)

a) To permanently delete all files:
